구름낀 하늘에 태양이 뜨듯이 노대통령은 자신이 태어난 봉하마을이 내려다 보이는 한 봉우리에 올랐습니다, 그는 믿음직한 경호원에게 담배가 있느냐 물었습니다, 그리고는 절벽 아래로 뛰어내렸습니다.
그 경호원은 담배를 가지고 있지 않았기 때문에 노대통령은 그 담배를 피우지 못했습니다.
일요일에 조문객들은 담배에 불을 붙여 그의 초상화앞에 놓습니다.
